When you click Engineer in the main test window the Sequence Maintenance menu opens.  A sequence is a set of parameters including a list of tests.  NWin executes the tests in the order they appear in the list.  Perhaps the easiest way to create your own test sequence is to copy and then edit one of the examples supplied with NaTKiT.

Access to the Engineer menus can be password protected in the System Maintenance menu.
